I've decided to spice up the forum a bit and would like your help. I'm looking everybody here to design a new banner for the top of the page. As you can see, there is an alright picture up. It's just until we get a permanent one. So....what I would like is for everyone interested in the contest to create a new banner for the forum. The banner should have the name "No Age Rule HQ Forum" as well as a few pictures of celebrities. If you go to other celebrity forums, you'll know what I mean. Just send me a PM with links to your designs and I'll go over them all. Whoever is the designer of the new banner will get full credit for it. I would like designs that are as professional looking as the logo or banners from other forums. thecelebritycity.com always has great banners, for example. I can't wait to see what you all come up with !

The requirements....

an image that includes the name of the forum, as well as images of female celebrities (excluding Britney, Madonna, and Celine Dion)

the image should be no more than 720 pixels wide

the image should be no less than 151 pixels tall, but a little taller is alright. I can resize it if it turns out it's too big.
